Short-term goals, on the other hand, are something you can achieve this evening if you really wanted to.

Long terms goals are great, but at some point they need to become part of your short term planning, otherwise they will never be something you achieve. Setting short term targets for the next 24 or 48 hours is a really great way to kick-start your progress towards your aspirations. And you will soon find out whether it’s the right path for you.
